Children's King's Day
The King's Day activities are organized on the grounds of the Kynologenclub and De Kempen at Kervel in Geldrop. These will take place on April 27th between 10:15 AM and 2:00 PM, catering to children up to 12 years old, and include the following varied and rotating activities:
- Arrive at Kervel with your decorated bike at 10:15 AM and stand a chance to win a fun prize.
- Bring your own blanket and choose a spot on the flea market (the grass field). Unfortunately, cars are not allowed on the premises, so you'll need to carry your items or use a wagon.
- Children can participate in sidewalk chalk drawing. There are four age groups, and exciting prizes are up for grabs.
- The sidewalk chalk drawing awards ceremony will take place before the first performance of the puppet theater.
- Various bouncy castles and a climbing wall will be available.
- Kids can also enjoy face painting.
- Inside, there is a puppet theater, and outside, balloon clowns will be strolling around.
- Treasure hunting is another favorite activity.
- Archery is possible in the hall of "De Doelen."
- Skating is also allowed on the De Kempen premises.
