Giel Kantelberg

My name is Giel Kantelberg, I am the Recreation and Tourism director of the municipality Geldrop-Mierlo. 

My task is to better position Geldrop-Mierlo together with entrepreneurs, institutions and volunteers. Together we must ensure an attractive municipality where it is pleasant to stay so that tourists and recreationists continue to visit. I try to ensure that companies from the Recreation & Tourism sector can do business optimally, they often know the wishes of a tourist very well and it is important that I facilitate these companies as well as possible.

Geldrop-Mierlo has many tourist highlights, but these lacked cohesion. The theme Weaves & Entertains can provide this cohesion. Clear positioning creates the most beautiful concepts, arrangements and displays that make Geldrop-Mierlo more attractive.

Mind you, I am not a board member, but I embrace the projects of the Villagemarketing Foundation to ensure that these land well within the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo as an organization. I also have an advisory role within the board.
