French Weekend - Literary Café Dommeldal: Lecture Onno Kleyn

Onno Kleyn (Zaandam, 12 April 1957) is a Dutch culinary journalist and author of several cookbooks. He is best known for his columns and articles in the Volkskrant, where he is one of the contributors to the column ‘de Volkskeuken’. Writing about taste, about food and wine is his profession, his lust and his life.  Besides regular columns in the Volkskrant, he writes for various magazines and other clients and now has more than 40 books to his name. On his site you will find his most delicious recipes.
