Filmklassieker + diner: Scent of a woman
A highly successful remake of Risi's "Scent of a Woman" with Pacino as the bitter blind ex-colonel who, with the unhappy student Charlie (O'Donnell), pursues life's pleasures (women) in New York. While the moral of this film steeped in wise life lessons may seem old-fashioned, the path to it is intelligently pointed out by the psychological script, by director Brest (Midnight Run), and by the actors.
